Please note:
- All delegates have to register through this online registration portal.
- The registration fee, as applicable (please refer to the table above), has to be paid through net banking, debit card or credit card, to the SIAMG account, the details of which are provided hereunder.
- Registration is mandatory for all delegates.
- Delegates who are registering as students have to submit a bona fide certificate from the Head of Department/ Institute.
- The SIAMG membership number has to be mandatorily mentioned by all delegates who are registering as members.
- Registration for the post-conference workshop on 24th November 2019 has to be done separately and the conference registration fee does not include the workshop registration fee.
- Registration for the conference includes permission to attend all the scientific sessions, refreshments provided during the mid-morning and evening tea breaks and lunch on all three days of the conference (21st – 23rd November 2019) and the banquet dinner to be held on 22nd November 2019.
- Registration for the post-conference workshop on 24th November 2019 includes permission to attend the scientific sessions, refreshments provided during the mid-morning and evening tea breaks and lunch on 24th November 2019.
- All registered delegates except those who have registered on the spot will be given the conference kit. For on-spot registrations, conference kit may or may not be given, based on availability.
- The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer.
- Accompanying persons including spouses are not allowed to attend the conference.
- The organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
- Cancellation Policy – for cancellations up to 15th October, 2019, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded; for cancellations after 16th October, 2019, no refund will be given.
